Gourmet Cakes from Our Cake of the Month Club

Michael Anthony's Catering brings their unique expertise to the Gourmet Cake of the Month Club. Each month you will receive a delicious, mouth-watering cake created by our Executive Chef, Michael D'Onofrio. Each cake serves 10-12 people, and delivery is free on Long Island. We offer 3, 6, and 12-month clubs and you choose which months you would like the gourmet cakes delivered. If you are sending this as a gift, we will send a gift announcement to the lucky recipient by U.S. mail or e-mail. Call us to choose from three cake subscription options, including:

  • 3 Month Club—$44.95 per month

  • 12 Month Club—$44.95 per month

Our Cake Flavors by Month

January—Dulce de Leche: A confection prepared by slowly heating sweetened milk to create a product that derives its taste from caramelized sugar. Literally translated, it means "candy of milk."

February—Red Velvet: A rich buttermilk and chocolate combination with a bright red color prepared as a layer cake topped with cream cheese icing.

March—Triple Chocolate Mousse: Chocolate sponge cake topped with lighter than air mousse, layered dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate, topped with a chocolate ganache. A chocolate lover's dream come true!

April—White Chocolate, Macadamia-Nut Carrot Cake: We start with a traditional carrot cake, which has a soft, dense texture. Then we kick it up Michael Anthony's style and add pineapple and white chocolate, frost it with our creamy cream cheese frosting and dress it up with Macadamia nuts, and top it all with white chocolate curls.

May—Four Berry Tart: A shortbread crust filled with Chantilly cream and topped with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries.

June—Dacquoise: A dessert cake made with layers of almond and hazelnut meringue, raspberries and Italian buttercream.

July—Strawberry Shortcake: A light yellow cake filled and topped with fresh whipped cream and strawberries.

August—Blueberry Cheesecake: A rich and creamy cheesecake loaded with blueberries. This cake will make you anything but blue!

September—Cannoli Cake: Our golden yellow cake layered with our own rich cannoli cream. Così buono!

October—Opera Cake: Layers of almond sponge cake soaked in coffee syrup, layered with ganache and coffee buttercream, covered in a chocolate glaze.

November—Chocolate Ganache: A rich chocolate cake layered with chocolate ganache buttercream and topped with chocolate.

December—Buche de Noel: Our traditional bûche (Yule log) is made from a Génoise, frosted, then rolled to form a cylinder, and frosted again on the outside, combining our basic yellow sponge cake with an airy chocolate buttercream.
